Installation Guide

Verify Flange Compatibility

Confirm your equipment's flange dimensions and bolt pattern match the rotary joint flange specification. Download the 2D drawing for exact dimensions.

Apply Flange Gasket

Place the gasket between the flange faces. Tighten bolts evenly in a cross pattern to the specified torque. Do not overtighten.

Secure Anti-Rotation

If your model includes an anti-rotation tab, secure it to a fixed point. Never let the body rotate freely with the shaft.

Connect Supply Lines

Use flexible hoses to avoid side-loading the rotary joint. Install a filter (40 micron or finer) upstream to protect the seal.

Run-In Procedure

Run at low pressure (0.2 MPa) and low speed for 5 minutes without load. Check for leaks, then gradually increase to operating conditions.
