These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Begapunk website and the purchase of rotary joint products from Begapunk Precision Rotary Joint Manufacturer ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Specifications
All product specifications on this website are provided for reference. We reserve the right to modify designs without prior notice if the changes improve performance or manufacturability. For critical applications, confirm specifications with our engineering team before ordering.
2. Pricing and Quotes
- Prices listed on the website are indicative and subject to change based on material costs and order volume.
- Formal quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or local taxes unless explicitly stated as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order (PO) or advance payment.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit for standard orders, 50% deposit for custom orders. Balance due before shipment unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal for sample orders under $500.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Standard delivery: Air freight, 7–14 days to most countries.
- Custom designs: 3 weeks production + 5–10 days shipping.
- Shipping terms: EXW Ningbo by default. FOB, CIF, and DDP available upon request.
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.
5. Warranty
- All rotary joints carry a 12-month replacement warranty from the date of delivery.
- Warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by: over-pressurization, exceeding rated speed, incorrect installation, contamination, or unauthorized modification.
- Replacement procedure: Email photos and description of the failure. If approved, we ship a replacement unit immediately. Return of the defective unit is not required.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Standard models: Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.
- Custom designs: Non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product was defective.
7. Intellectual Property
All 3D CAD files, drawings, and technical documents provided by Begapunk are for the buyer's internal use only. They may not be shared with third parties, reverse-engineered, or used to produce competing products.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or production downtime.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Ningbo International Arbitration Court.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
