Who We Are
Begapunk is a Ningbo-based manufacturer of pneumatic rotary joints for industrial automation and rotating machinery. Established in 2022, we develop standard and custom single-passage and multi-passage solutions for transferring compressed air between stationary and rotating machine components.
Our team works with machine builders to review passage count, pressure, speed, mounting space, materials, and connection requirements before production. This helps align each standard model or custom configuration with the actual machine layout and operating conditions.
Components are machined to the approved drawing, assembled, and inspected in Ningbo. Each finished rotary joint is leak-tested passage by passage before packing. Any project-specific test or document requirements are agreed before production.
How We Make a Rotary Joint
CNC Machining
Aluminum, carbon-steel, and stainless-steel components are machined to the approved drawing.
Surface Treatment
Anodizing, passivation, polishing, and other surface treatments are selected for the component material and order requirements.
Seal Assembly
PTFE, O-ring, graphite, or ceramic-based seal systems are assembled according to the selected model and operating medium.
Pressure Test
Each finished unit is leak-tested passage by passage. If your project requires a specific test record, tell us before ordering.
Pack & Ship
Products are packed for shipment with the agreed documents. Catalog model pages include a 2D drawing and a downloadable STEP AP214 file for a fit check.
