Confirm your equipment flange has 6×M5 threaded holes on a compatible bolt circle. Download the 2D drawing for exact P.C.D. and dimensions.
Secure the flange using 6×M5 screws with spring washers. Torque to 3–4 N·m. Do not overtighten to avoid warping the flange face.
If your model includes an anti-rotation tab, secure it to a fixed point. Never let the body rotate freely with the shaft.
Use flexible hoses to avoid side-loading the rotary joint. Install a filter (40 micron or finer) upstream to protect the seal.
Run at low pressure (0.2 MPa) and low speed for 5 minutes without load. Check for leaks, then gradually increase to operating conditions.
