Confirm your equipment flange has 8×M0 and 8×M10 threaded holes on compatible bolt circles. Download the 2D drawing for exact P.C.D. and dimensions.
Secure the flange using 8×M0 and 8×M10 screws with spring washers. Torque M10 to 12–15 N·m. Do not overtighten to avoid warping the flange face.
If your model includes an anti-rotation tab, secure it to a fixed point. Never let the body rotate freely with the shaft.
Use flexible hoses to avoid side-loading the rotary joint. Install a filter (40 micron or finer) upstream to protect the seal.
Run at low pressure (0.2 MPa) and low speed for 5 minutes without load. Check for leaks, then gradually increase to operating conditions.
