Installation Guide

1

Verify Thread Compatibility

Confirm your equipment has G1/8 (BSPP) female threads or appropriate adapters. The BP-2P-0002 uses G1/8 male threads with 4× M6 mounting holes on the rotor side and 4× M6 + 2× M8 on the stator side. Download the 2D drawing for exact dimensions.

2

Apply Thread Sealant

Apply PTFE tape or liquid thread sealant to the G1/8 male threads. Hand-tighten first, then tighten to 8–12 N·m with a wrench. Do not overtighten to avoid thread damage.

3

Secure Anti-Rotation

Use the 4× M6 mounting holes to secure the rotary joint body to a fixed bracket. Never let the body rotate freely with the shaft. Torque M6 bolts to 6–8 N·m.

4

Connect Supply Lines

Use flexible hoses to avoid side-loading the rotary joint. Install a filter (40 micron or finer) upstream to protect the seal.

5

Run-In Procedure

Run at low pressure (0.2 MPa) and low speed for 5 minutes without load. Check for leaks, then gradually increase to operating conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

The standard version uses AL6061 aluminum alloy body with PTFE composite seal. For full steel options, contact our team. All versions are ISO9001 certified.

Yes — the PTFE composite seal is compatible with water, water-soluble coolant, and light hydraulic oil (up to ISO VG 32). The AL6061 body with anodized surface provides good corrosion resistance.

Download the 2D PDF drawing for exact thread size, pitch, and tolerances. Ensure your equipment mating threads match before ordering. Custom threads available upon request.

Yes — free 3D STEP and IGES files are provided after you send an inquiry email. This ensures you receive the correct file for your specific configuration. We don't post 3D files publicly to protect our designs.
